Vivienne Groves
Viv supports clients in the corporate, education, government and not-for-profit sectors. She helps with org design, op model, transformation, cost out, strategy, culture, leadership, policy and business strategy.
She was trained as a consultant at McKinsey, led teams to execute at Wesfarmers and SEEK, and then returned to consulting at Strategy&/PwC.
An economist at heart – she has a PhD in Personnel Economics from the Stanford Graduate School of Business – Viv hates waste and cares about incentives. She founded Ero Co to ensure clients were always receiving value for money and solutions that are both profit maximising and motivating for people.
First and foremost, Viv listens. She does so with empathy, clarity of communication and pragmatism, as well as with the important external perspective and clarity that consultants can bring. She partners with her clients to solve problems together. She is ambitious and optimistic for her clients. Viv thrives on learning and helps her clients do the same.
Like many women, when she’s not working, Viv is with her kids, and when she’s not with her kids, she is working.
