Vivienne Groves
Viv helps her clients with org design, op model, transformation, cost out, strategy, culture, leadership and workforce strategy. She learned the consulting way at McKinsey and Strategy&/PwC, developed pragmatism during her time in industry at Wesfarmers and SEEK and has a PhD in Personnel Economics from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Viv is eager to listen, enquires deeply and considers the market, organisational and people context of her clients. She plays back problems to her clients clearly and honestly, then quickly offers an approach to start solving their challenges together. Viv sees the world through rose tinted glasses and helps her clients realise their problems are less difficult than they feel.
Like many women, when she’s not working, Viv is with her kids, and when she’s not with her kids, she is working.
